简介：离子迁移实验装置是一种信赖性试验设备，原理为印刷电路板上给予一固定的直流
电压（BIAS VOLTAGE）,经过长时间的测试（1～1000小时）并观察线路是否有瞬间短路的
现象发生（ION MIGRATION）,并记录阻抗变化状况，故又叫做CAF试验，绝缘阻力电阻试验，或者是OPEN/SHORT试验，我们将其统称为绝缘劣化试验。（ION MIGRATION TESTING）
